Re: CFF 2011 Season Discussion Thread
I should not have been number one, ever. That just adds to the embarrassment.
Re: CFF 2011 Season Discussion Thread
They were #3 to start the season and then knocked off #8 TCU @ TCU, so they jumped Alabama and Ohio State for the #1 spot.jusblaze09 wrote:Wait...Texas was #1?
What the hell happened last week?

When Barkley was an incoming freshman and he was practicing in the spring drills, open to the public, the football coaches from the school I coach Track at drove up to watch one of the practices. I tagged along since I was off work and Track season had just ended. Even then, not even fully graduated from high school, he looked like a man amongst boys. When you see him in person you realize how big he is. Impressive athlete.

Yeah I roomed next to Marcus and Markieff Morris (KU Basketball for anyone for doesn't know) and it's just amazing when you see true athletes in person. I got used to it living amongst them all the time but when you're not used to it, it's kind of intimidating.JaredLib wrote:When Barkley was an incoming freshman and he was practicing in the spring drills, open to the public, the football coaches from the school I coach Track at drove up to watch one of the practices. By the way, for anyone who needs something to do tonight tune into ESPN2 at 9 PM ET (8 CT) to see the Kansas Jayhawks host the UCLA Bruins at Phog Allen Fieldhouse for some great college basketball between two programs with A+ Program Tradition.

I might just watch The Office instead. Up here in Canada we don't have such luxuries as ESPN 2jhawk886 wrote:Yeah I roomed next to Marcus and Markieff Morris (KU Basketball for anyone for doesn't know) and it's just amazing when you see true athletes in person. Seriously? No ESPN2? Wow, crazy. Then get on ESPN360.com and watch it, lol. You can watch The Office on Hulu later, lol.dclark44 wrote:I might just watch The Office instead. I see that. Im gonna have to start doing a better job in steping in the pocket and making better throws flat footedjhawk886 wrote:Damn man, that sucks. I've noticed that your QB's accuracy is important with User QB Accuracy set so low. I would use my option quarterback as my straight up starter as he's only 1 point worse overall, but the like 5 points difference in accuracy between him and my starter (81-86) make a HUGE difference. Pick can't make an accurate throw downfield to save his life, while Webb is fairly accurate. So having a QB with good accuracy is definitely important if you want to be able to throw downfield.Coach_III wrote:I got blasted by South Carolina 49-18. All my passes were off. If they weren't off then the Gamecocks made plays on the ball. I couldn't find AJ Green anywhere. Marcus L. ran for 265 yards with 12 broken tackles. I think I figured out some things for next game. Hopefully I have a better showing.
I keep hearing people talk about how great Lattimore is, those of you who are SEC fans is he for real?
