Re: CFF 2011 Season Discussion Thread
My God...This is insane. Going to be a loooong year. At halftime, I'm trailing Fresno State 21-7. Their running back, A.J. Ellis (77 OVR), is unstoppable. So far he's got 207 yards and 2 TDs on 12 attempts. He's busting all kinds of tackles and their O-Line is just demolishing my D-Line and Backers every play, when they only have two lineman over 80 overall. I reiterate, it's going to be a looong year. Well, back to my butt-whooping.

Re: CFF 2011 Season Discussion Thread
Man...It sucks to start out with "just one of those games". I ended up losing 45-28, and I only scored 28 cuz I started just running slants all the time and was able to get some yards. They blitzed at least 6 or 7 almost every play. They starting back, Allen got hurt with 2 minutes left in the third. So their backup, actually the better back at on 85 overall, comes in and rapes me too. Their stats: A.J. Ellis 21 Att. 290 yards 2 TDS 10 BTK (more like 20) Robbie Rouse 14 Att. 142 yards 2 TDs 4 BTK (more like 10)
I played multiple games testing these sliders out before this and even Oklahoma and Texas didn't destroy me like this. Nobody else has seemed to have had this problem so far yet either so I know it's just one of those "unwinnable" games, it just sucks to start out with one and against one of the weakest teams I'll face all season. Good luck if anyone faces the CPU monster against a great team. I'll advance later if we're ready, I think I'm gonna go kill some peeps on Black Ops now, try to release my frustration on them.

That's brutal man I hate games like that. Unless I win them. Then I don't mind cause it's nice to have a challenge lol.

Re: CFF 2011 Season Discussion Thread
Sorry it took so long. We got on to play at 7:30 and then got through a little more than a half and the game crapped out on us...good thing is was tied. Then we played what seemed like the longest game in history. It must've just been the fact we played 6 Quarters. Any way...
Oh...and videos uploaded to EA.com.
Georgia starts off the year on the right foot taking care of #22 Florida St 31-6
Soph Washaun Ealey had a solid game rushing for 133 yards, including a nice 36 yard TD run up the gut on Georgia's first drive. Florida St drove down the field, but got tripped up in the red zone and settled for a FG to make the score 7-3.
Georgia then began to take control of the game moving down the field again and making the score 14-3 on 34 yard TD pass from Logan Gray to TE Orson Charles. Once again, FSU drove the field and settled on a FG to bring them w/in 8.
Then Georgia really took control of the game 28-6 on successive TD drives w/ Logan Gray tossing 2 TDs...one of 24 yards to TE Aron White and his 3rd of 45 yards to Rantavious Wooten for 45 yards w/ 11 seconds left in the half.
The second half was pretty boring as Georgia wanted to get out w/ the win and no injuries and Florida St had to go off-script and threw the ball around the yard, but didn't see that much success. Although, badass 6'6" motherfucker Rodney Smith surpassed 115 yards receiving.
Other than the ball control of Georgia, their defense was really the story of the game...holding EJ Manuel in the pocket and to only 158 yards while also holding FSU to about 50 yards on the ground.
Passing ATT Comp Yards TD Int
Logan Gray 18 12 254 3 1

Re: CFF 2011 Season Discussion Thread
Its all coming together my friend. Although, this happens to me a few times a year. I put it all together for a few games and then it falls apart just as quickly. This Georgia team is straight up solid though. I'm going to have fun w/ them. Its nice to have a RB. I've been rubbing two sticks together w/ Penn St in Rivals.Joker12 wrote:NYer is kicking ass lol I saw you shutout the guy in our other OD.

Re: CFF 2011 Season Discussion Thread
Auburn starts the season off with a good win over Houston. The first qtr was crazy as hell with 42 points scored between both teams. At the end of the 1st, the score was 21-21. After that though, the Auburn defense woke up and Houston didn't score another point. I then went on to win 48-21. Sorry for being so late on the recap. I couldn't log in. Anyway, I have no idea what happened that first qtr lol. We looked like the real Auburn out there. Our offense was moving at will but our defense couldn't stop anything. I guess it took a lil while to get used to the new settings. Auburn's defense wasn't the only defense to step up. Houston's D stepped up as well. I didn't have any real drives after that first qtr until halfway through the 4th. I got a score from a pick 6 late in the 2nd. They fumbled the ensuing kickoff, so I got the ball right back deep in their territory and I turned that to points. I also got a fg after an int in their territory. Until the 4th qtr all of my points came off of their turnovers. Oh and one other thing:
CAM NEWTON IS OUT FOR 12 WEEKS!!!!
I can't say I didn't expect it to happen. I mean he's gotten hurt for an extended period of time in every season in every OD that I've used Auburn in. Every one!!! This one takes the cake though. I knew this so I wasn't trying to run with him that much. This time though, he gets sacked.....out for 12 weeks lol. **sigh** The game Cam Newton is nothing like the real Cam Newton.
